Objective

Under the leadership of David Levy and Studio Malibu, The Chosen Coalition aims to establish a robust initiative dedicated to promoting a positive understanding and representation of Israel in arts, media and entertainment.

We are not a 501c3. However, we work with Chabad at UCLA for the purposes of accepting donations. Those who wish to donate through a 501c3 can donate through Chabad at UCLA while making a note that the donation is “For TCC”. Please contact us for more details.

THE TEAM

  • Founder & President of Studio Malibu

    Born in Los Angeles, CA, David Levy has worked in the entertainment industry since 2005. He has founded several successful companies and has since established close ties with the most respected names in the business.

    Immediately after opening Studio Malibu in 2012, Levy hosted Kesha and facilitated the recording of her album "Warrior", soon to follow were numerous productions for Britney Spears, Nicki Minaj, Zedd, Cher, One Direction among others.

    In addition to producing music, Levy has been directly involved in the production and post-production of film with clients such as James Cameron, Ron Howard, Chris Hemsworth, Julia Roberts and many more.

    David is the grandson of Holocaust survivors on his mother's side (Auschwitz and Mauthausen). His father was born is Cairo, Egypt and forced to leave in 1957, as the entire jewish population was exiled from Egypt.

    Since October 7th, David Levy has put his career aside to fight antisemitism and advocate for the State of Israel.

Social Impact

This coalition aims to counter antisemitism, promote understanding, and influence both policy and public opinion through powerful storytelling and strategic communication.

The Chosen Coalition advocates for a balanced and positive portrayal of Israel. This initiative is a movement towards influencing global perspectives and policy change through the universal language of art and media.
